You can upgrade your StrengthLab360 subscription at any time directly through the app. Follow the steps below to change your current plan (e.g., from Athlete One to Athlete Elite):

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Open the StrengthLab360 App and navigate to your Profile.

2. Scroll down to the License Information section.

3. Select Manage Subscription.

4. You will be redirected to Stripe, our secure payment processor.

5. Enter the email address associated with your StrengthLab360 account.

6. Stripe will send you a one-time login link to access your License Portal.

7. Open the link in your email and log in.

8. Once inside the License Portal, click on Update Subscription.

9. Choose your desired plan and confirm the changes.
