How to Move an Exercise Between Days in Your Active Mesocycle
Sometimes you may want to shift an exercise from one day to another within your current training cycle. StrengthLab360 allows this flexibility directly from the logging screen. Follow these simple steps to customize your schedule.
Step-by-Step Instructions:

Go to the day where the exercise is currently scheduled.

Ensure you are in logging mode for that specific day.

If you're not on that day yet, wait until it comes up in your training schedule.

Remove the exercise:

Tap the gear icon next to the exercise.

Select "Delete Exercise" to remove it from that day's log.

Navigate to the target day:

Move to the day where you want to add the exercise.

You need to be in the logging screen for that day.

Re-insert the exercise:

Tap the gear icon above the "Add Exercise Below" button.

Choose the exercise you just removed or select any other from the list.
