How to Extend a Running Mesocycle in StrengthLab360
Whether your training is going better than expected or you need more time to hit your goals, extending your mesocycle is easy within StrengthLab360. Here’s how to update your timeline and keep your training flowing seamlessly.
Why You Might Extend a Mesocycle:

You're progressing steadily and want to add extra weeks before transitioning.

You had to skip sessions due to travel, illness, or life events.

You want to align your training phase with a specific competition date.
Steps to Extend a Running Mesocycle:

Open the Periodization Calendar

From the sidebar menu, tap “Periodization” to access your training calendar.

Select the Mesocycle to Edit

Locate your current mesocycle in the table view.

Click on it to open a popup menu with details.

Click “Edit”

In the popup, select the “Edit” option to enter edit mode.

Adjust the Duration

Modify the week count according to the total ammount of weeks you want that plan to run for.

Update the Mesocycle

Once you’ve made your adjustments, click “Update Mesocycle.”

That’s it! Your mesocycle will now reflect the extended duration, and your upcoming sessions will be adjusted accordingly.
