How to Delete a Mesocycle in StrengthLab360

If you’ve added a mesocycle you no longer need—or want to restructure your training plan—you can easily delete a mesocycle from the Periodization Calendar.

What You’ll Need:

• Access to your training plan via desktop, tablet, or mobile.

• A mesocycle already created in your Periodization Calendar.

Steps to Delete a Mesocycle

1. Navigate to the Periodization Calendar 

2. Select the Mesocycle 

   • Locate the mesocycle you want to delete 

   • Click on the Name to open the settings panel.

3. Click “Delete”

   • Click the “Delete ” button.

4. Confirm Deletion

   • You’ll be prompted to confirm the deletion.

   • Confirm to permanently remove the mesocycle from your plan.

⚠️ Deleting a mesocycle will also remove all training sessions inside it. This action cannot be undone.
