How to Backdate Workouts in StrengthLab360?

Overview:
StrengthLab360 is built on a session-based logic, meaning that workouts are progressed in the order they are logged, not based on calendar dates. While there's no direct way to select a past date, you can log previous sessions manually to keep your progression intact.

Steps to Backlog Workouts:

  1. Open your current mesocycle or training plan.

  2. Tap the next session as if you're starting it today.

  3. Log all the sets, reps, and weights that you completed during your previously missed workout.

  4. After logging, immediately start the next session and log the second workout.

Scenario Example:
You completed two sessions earlier this week, but didn't log them in the app. Today, you want to resume training and also make sure those sessions count. Just start with logging the first missed session, then follow it up with the second missed session after. The algorithm will recognize both entries and adapt future loads and volume accordingly.
