How to Add a Warm-Up to an Exercise in StrengthLab360

At the moment, StrengthLab360 does not include a dedicated warm-up feature. We designed it this way because warm-ups are typically very individual and often don’t require structured progression or tracking like your main working sets.

However, if you want to add a warm-up manually, we suggest using the “Notes” section of the exercise. Here, you can include simple reminders like:

  • “2x10 @ 50% 1RM before working sets”

  • “Warm-up: Band pull-aparts, 2 sets of 15”

  • “RPE 5 x 1 @ empty bar”

This keeps your warm-up routine visible and easy to follow without complicating your program structure.
