How to Accept a Coach Request in StrengthLab360
If you're an athlete already using StrengthLab360 and a coach has sent you a request to connect, follow these steps to accept or decline the request.
If you don't have an Athlete Account yet and your coach provides one for you, here's how to get started with onboarding.
Steps to Accept a Coach Request

Log in to Your StrengthLab360 Account
Ensure you’re signed in to your athlete account. -
Navigate to 'My Coach'

From your Athlete Dashboard, open the sidebar menu.

Click on 'My Coach' to access your coach management section.

Check for Pending Requests

If a coach has sent you a request, it will be displayed on this page.

You will see the coach’s name and request details.

Accept or Decline the Request

Click ‘Accept’ to connect with the coach.

If you do not wish to connect, click ‘Decline’ to reject the request.

Confirmation of Connection

Once you accept the request, your coach will be notified immediately.

Your connected coach will now be listed on your 'My Coach' page.
