Can I Customize My Plan Inside the App?

You can fully customize your training experience. Templates provide structure, but everything is modifiable based on your preferences and schedule. 

Detailed Answer:
We designed StrengthLab360 to combine two things:

  1. A scientifically solid training foundation

  2. User-driven flexibility and control

Here’s what you can do:

Start from scratch: 

  • Choose between hypertrophy, strength, powerbuilding, or general performance goals

  • Add or remove training days to match your schedule

  • Swap exercises or tag favorites for specific body parts

  • Focus on lagging areas or run specialization blocks

  • Modify rest times or movement tempo

Or use one of our pre made templates and adjust based on your needs.
